💡TIP: If you're leading a team across several functions here's an idea
that will improve visibility with some visual examples.
🧱 I'm building a new Community Chapter to support developer relations and community managers in our engineering and product teams in Input Output (IOHK).
🔑 We're rolling out a pilot for CAMPS scores across the Chapter to support the sentiment scores we capture when asking for a fortnightly (async) update.
📈 CAMPS scores ask the team member to score on Certainty, Autonomy, Meaning, Progress, and Social Inclusion.
🧠 Initial feedback has been a lot more valuable through this lens, both to zoom in to support individuals and to zoom out and look at the big picture for the Chapter.
👉 The first set of scores gives us an anonymized benchmark. From here, we'll gather them twice a month to gain visibility into how they're trending.

Culture has been the most important measure beyond KPI that I noticed for start ups.
I have seen terrible culture and it has almost always gone from the top down, even if they meant well. Iove seeing this post and will bookmark this to study and perhaps keep coming back to when operating with my teams.
